All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders are processed on business days which is Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Orders recevied on non business days will be processed on the next business day.
If you request Express Shipping your order will process the same business day if it is received before 12PM EST. If receved after that time it will process the next business day.
You will receive e-mail notification of the status of your order.
CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
Once you submit your order you have 2 hours to change or cancel the order.
You must e-mail our customer service within our normal operating hours to change or cancel your order.
We do not accept verbal changes to your order.
ORDER SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will ship to the address you enter in the Ship To address so please make sure it is correct as we will not be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address.
If you need to change the shipping address on a pending order you must notify us within 2 hours of submitting your order by sending an e-mail to our customer service department during normal operating hours. We will not accept verbal changes.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address you will be responsible for any subsequent shipping charges if we reship the order to you.
We only accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment.
Orders are authorized when submitted and charged when shipped.
Indiana law requires us to charge 7% sales tax on any orders shipped within the State of Indiana. The charge will automatically be added to your order when you checkout.
