You may return any product you are not satisfied with for a full refund or exchange as long as we are notified within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted beyond 30 days after the delivery date.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. On Free Ship orders your refund will be reduced by the original shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges and it is the customer's responsibility to track and confirm delivery to us.
An e-mail will be sent when your request is received. Please allow 2 weeks for your request to be processed.
WRONG MERCHANDISE RECEIVED
If we send you the wrong merchandise you may return the item(s) and we will pay the shipping costs.
However you must notify us within 48 hours of receving the shipment.
We will e-mail you a free shipping label to return the wrong merchandise.
You must send us the merchandise within 10 days after you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
If you receive a shipment where the shipping carton has been damaged you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
Keep the shipping carton and any other materials for the carrier to inspect.
In the event you receive damaged merchandise you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
Please provide a picture of the damaged merchandise by e-mail to our customer service department.
Once we receive the picture and your claim is approved we will process a refund of the order amount.
You may dispose of the product once we have notified you that your claim is approved.
Do not return damaged merchandise to us.
